BOBBI
FRANK
Advisory Board, Served 7 years as Exec. Director
of Women In Film, Los Angeles, CA
Bobbi Frank is an award-winning producer who has
achieved accolades in television, feature films
and live entertainment. Ms. Frank is currently
in charge of "Special Projects" for the Hollywood
Reporter. Ms. Frank made her name as producer
of Olympic-size events, including the celebration
of America's 200th birthday while supervising
the documentary's film crews. She began her film
and television career as Manager of Development
- Feature Films at Columbia Pictures. She then
became Director of Development for Joe Wizan Productions
at Warner Brothers Television, where she developed
series and television films. She then founded
Frank Productions, Inc., successfully selling
three television films to the networks and produced
Dark Night of the Scarecrow (CBS). In association
with Carson Productions, she developed and produced
Passions, starring Joanne Woodward, Lindsay Wagner,
Richard Crenna and Viveca Lindfors (CBS). Ms.
Frank produced Hollywood Zap, an independent film,
and the award-winning Good Neighbors, which won
the "Best of Festival" award at the Houston International
Film Festival. In 1990, Ms. Frank produced the
Governor's Awards, balancing the needs of the
governor's office and with the Los Angeles artistic
community. She additionally produced the Crystal
Awards for Women In Film in Los Angeles and coordinated
its fundraising. It was so successful, she produced
Women In Film's Crystal Awards and Lucy Awards
for Innovation in Television in 1996, 1997, 1998,
1999, and 2000. Participants at some of these
awards include Jessica Lange, Steven Spielberg,
Tommy Lee Jones, Goldie Hawn and Kate Hudson,
Jodie Foster and Meryl Streep. The Lucy Awards
participants include Cher, Sharon Stone, Phyllis
Diller, Marcy Carsey, Anne Heche and Camryn Manheim.
Prior years as producer, Frank worked with celebrities
such as Drew Barrymore, Amy Heckerling, Diane
Keaton, Bette Midler, Angela Bassett. Anjelica
Huston, Denzel Washington, Roseanne, Carol Burnett,
Tracey Ullman and Diahann Carroll. From 2001 and
2003 she produced the Spirit of Life Awards, The
Telacu Awards, The Jack Webb Awards and The California
Gold Star Awards working with such luminaries
as Sheriff Lee Bacca, Senator John McCain, Sylvestor
Stallone, Governor Gray Davis, Senator Baucus
and Buzz Aldrin to name a few. From to 1995 to
2001 (6 years), Bobbi Frank was both the Director
of Women In Film, as well as their Producer of
Special Events. Currently, she still owns, operates
and serves as President of The Frank Company.

DORE

Bonny Dore is President of her own television
production company, Bonny Dore Productions Inc.,
producing award- winning television network and
cable mini-series, movies of the week, and series.
These include: SINS, the acclaimed and sweeps
winning, 7 hour mini-series (CBS), starring Joan
Collins, Timothy Dalton, Gene Kelly, Joseph Bologna,
Lauren Hutton, Marisa Berenson, and Giancarlo
Giannini; GLORY, GLORY, the award-winning mini-series
(HBO) starring Ellen Greene, Richard Thomas and
James Whitmore. Original story by Bonny Dore and
Stan Daniels; THE JILL IRELAND STORY, movie of
the week (NBC), starring Jill Clayburgh. Based
on the true story; CAPTIVE, week for television
for ABC, starring Joanna Kerns, John Stamos and
Chad Lowe; THE SINKING OF THE RAINBOW WARRIOR,
movie of the week (ABC) starring Jon Voight and
Sam Neill. Also aired on A&E. Based on the true
story. Prior to running her own company, Ms. Dore
was Executive Vice-President for Development and
Production for Krofft Entertainment, developing
and/or producing television network series (Barbara
Mandrell/Kroft Supershow) specials, movies of
the week (SIDESHOW) syndication, and theatrical
films (MIDDLE-AGE CRAZY starring Bruce Dern and
Ann Margaret, HARRY TRACY, DESPERADO starring
Bruce Dern and Helen Shaver). Ms. Dore joined
the Kroffts after spending 3 years at ABC Entertainment
as an executive in charge of Children's Programming
and then, Primetime Variety and Specials Programming.
Prior to ABC Entertainment, Ms. Dore was a producer
for the ABC Owned and Operated Stations creating
and producing multi- award-winning series for
children (HOT FUDGE). Beginning her career in
Public Television in New York, she created the
multi-ethnic, multi-racial, award-winning series
children's series (VEGETABLE SOUP) for PBS. Just
after graduation from University of Michigan (BA,
MA), Ms. Dore was the General Manager of WSDP-FM.
Awards include: 6 CableACE nominations, 2 CableACE
awards, 4 International Television Movie Awards
and 2 Gemini (Canadian Emmy) nominations for GLORY,
GLORY (HBO) with JILL IRELAND - 2 Houston International
Gold Awards for Best Film (GLORY, GLORY and SINKING

MILLER

Member of Women In Film Los Angeles and Founder
of WIF's International Summit Committee (WIFTI)
Pola Miller is a Renaissance woman… a producer,
writer and director. She has created and produced
numerous documentaries for television under her
own banner, PolaCo Productions, and has earned
her reputation as an impeccable reporter, with
a warm personal style. Her films are both informative
and entertaining. A native New Yorker, she began
as a freelance journalist, writing for The New
York Times and The Village Voice. While based
in London she hosted the Thames Television talk
show "AMERICANS ABROAD", a magazine series shot
on locations in various European capitals. Written
and produced by Miller, "BACKSTAGE AT THE ZOO"
was sold to over 70 countries and aired on the
Family Channel in the United States. The series
focused on saving endangered animals and the heroic
work being done by zoologists in research and
animal behavior. For her 12-part series Miller
and her production team shot on locations in England,
Holland, Germany, Switzerland, Sweden and Mexico
as well as the U.S. Pola Miller was honored by
the Board of Trustees of the Los Angeles Zoo and
the American Humane Society. Another TV special
Miller created, "SLEEP FROM A TO Zzzz", which
focused on dreams, drugs, sex and sleep related
problems faced by 70 million Americans. For this
film Miller was honored by the UCLA Brain Institute
and the National Institute of Health. PolaCo Productions'
"FAIRY TALES FOR ADULTS ONLY" explored the collective
unconscious and modern-day application of fables,
exploding the sexual myths lurking behind seemingly
innocent fairy tales. For her award-winning "WINNERS"
series, created for PBS, Miller was lauded by
the The Boston Globe: "Miller's interviews become
revealing biographies, her writing and her camera
create unique portraits." For her "WINNERS" show,
"A SPECIAL KIND OF VISION", she was honored by
the Retinitus-Pigmentosa Foundation and the N.E.A.
Currently Ms. Miller is preparing a documentary
that will explore "MEMORY AND THE HUMAN BRAIN.
Ms. Miller is on the Board of Governors of the
AMERICAN FILM INSTITUTE ASSOCIATES, and as a founding
member of AFIA she established the prestigious
FOREIGN FILM SOCIETY. She is a former Board Member
of WOMEN IN FILM, a member of ATAS and acts as
a blue ribbon judge for the Emmy and ACE Awards.
Pola Miller has been elected to "WHO'S WHO OF
AMERICAN WOMEN."

with honors, and former Editor of the Harvard
Law Review. Graduate of the University of California
at Los Angeles with multiple honors. Licensed
as an attorney-at-law by the State Bar of California
since 1972, and licensed as a real estate broker
by the California Department of Real Estate since
1977. President of California-Continental Realty
Corporation from 1977 to 1990. Member of the Board
of Directors, the Executive Committee and the
Loan Committee of Charter Pacific Bank, Beverly
Hills and Agoura Hills, California from 1993 to
2001.

BARBARA
LEE WOOLLEN
Advisory Board
Vice-President and Co-Owner of Cinelease, Inc.
for over 20 years. Cinelease has a full service
operations in Burbank, CA and Las Vegas, NV,and
is the largest independently owned company in
the United States renting lighting and grip equipment
to motion picture and television production. Cinelease's
customers include ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX, UPN and
the WB broadcast networks as well as Disney, Mirimax,
Warner Bros., New Line, HBO, Twentieth Century
Fox, Paramount, MGM, and Columbia Pictures movie
Division. The Las Vegas division of Cinelease
specializes in event, concert and convention lighting.
Ms. Woollen moved from Maui, Hawaii in 2000 with
her husband Bruce to develop the new Cinelease
location in Las Vegas. Along with her responsibilities
as Vice-President of Cinelease, she wrote art
and restaurant reviews, artist profiles and human-interest
stories for the Lahaina News (Hawaii) as a community
service. In 1999, she founded the Annual West
Maui Breast Cancer Benefit, which raises money
for local breast cancer victims who are in need
of financial assistance which hosted its fourth
successful benefit event in 2002. Las Vegas has
afforded Ms. Woollen the opportunity to pursue
a lifelong dream of opening her own art gallery
in Las Vegas. Vignettes, A Designer Art Gallerie
showcases fine art and talented artists while
providing designers, decorators, architects, and
contractors with a source for art features that
require installation during their design and construction
phase. Vignettes gallery rents their art to film
and theatrical productions and realtors with exclusive
needs for their models and listings. Art de Vignettes,
a retail gallery, is located in Las Vegas at the
new Fashion Show Mall expansion. Philadelphia
born and bred, Ms. Woollen graduated with honors
from Temple University, obtaining a degree in
Communications, Television and Film production.
Upon graduation she headed west to Los Angeles
to pursue her career which included a year of
law school and training as an operating room surgical
nurse. Rave reviews for her live theatrical production
of "Golden Boy" in Los Angeles, secured her a
position in program development with Columbia
Pictures Television Division prior to joining
Cinelease in 1981. Barbara's passions include
painting, gardening and real estate along with
her strong sense of personal commitment to the
community in which she lives. While Cinelease
makes its mark in the growing Las Vegas market
and Vignettes develops into a world-class art
gallery, Barbara dedicates her time to the Sunrise
Children's Hospital Foundation, where she serves
as a member of the Board of Directors.

Norma Hammond Crisp is a hair and make-up artist
working predominately in Nashville, Tennessee.
Norma has studied and trained at Redken International,
Revlon International, Sebastian International,
Dermetics, Trionix, Judith Sans and Thermafuse.
Her career includes commercial work with George
Clooney, Toyota, Andre Agassi, Schick Razor, Samuel
L. Jackson and ESPN for the ESPY Awards; print
work with Kenny Rogers, Trace Adkins, Barbara
Fairchild, Connie Smith, Linda Davis and Ricky
Skaggs. She has also been key hair and key make-up
on numerous film, video and live productions that
include "Luckey Quarter" by Stephen King, , Nashville
Now, Hee-Haw with Lulu Roman, Live Backstage at
the Grand Ole Opry, Grand Ladies of the Grand
Ole Opry, National Country Dance Championships,

only casting breakdown service, has worked in
the entertainment industry for 10 years. After
graduating from UCLA screenwriting school in 1995,
he went on to write, star in and co-produce two
feature films in Los Angeles: All or Nothing (1998)
and The Playaz Court (2000 - Artisan Entertainment
release). He has since directed, written, starred
in and produced another award-winning independent
feature, the long road home (2003) as well as
two Stephen King projects: Luckey Quarter (2003)
and Roland Meets Brown, from The Gunslinger, Volume
one of the Dark Tower Series (Grand Prize Winner,
American Gunslinger Contest. In the summer of
2004, Robert directed, wrote and produced the
documentary, "Boys of Summer" where he and his
father (who has Parkinson Disease) visited all
30 Major League Ballparks, road-tripping 20,000

only casting breakdown service, has worked in
the entertainment Industry for six years. She
began as a scout and junior agent for a Beverly
Hills talent agency in the late 90's. Her next
move was to a Las Vegas agency where she assisted
the art director, cast talent, planned, coordinated
and ran many events. In 2003, she worked on two
Stephen King short films with Robert David Cochrane.
For "Luckey Quarter", she worked on all levels
of production (pre, during shooting and post).
For the award-winning Roland Meets Brown, she
scouted locations, found wardrobe and designed
Cochrane's makeup. She also served as a producer
on the documentary, "Boys of Summer" (donating
100% of it's profits to the National Parkinson
Foundation). She stars in Tony and Tina's Wedding
(Las Vegas, Rio Casino/Hotel). She is a current
member of the Las Vegas Women In Film chapter.
